The primary letter we use to request information about a return is Form DTF-948 or DTF-948-O, Request for Information (RFI). If your refund status says we sent you one of these letters, it's important you respond by the date noted on the letter so we can continue processing your return.

If your refund status recently changed to the status below, we're sending you Form DTF-973.56-O. To view and respond to your notice now, follow the steps provided to submit the information requested online.
You may be a victim of UI benefits fraud and identity theft. Visit Department of Labor: Report Fraud to report it, and request review of your 1099-G. You must still respond to Form DTF-960-E and send us your corrected 1099-G.
If we issue a bill, your status will update to: Balance Due Assessed. You must follow the directions in the letter and reply completely with the information we requested. The Office of the Taxpayer Rights Advocate cannot assist you if you have not responded to our request.
Did you guess Team Fortress 2? Bzzt. Wrong. Because we're adding three new numbers from our Jungle Inferno update to the TF2 Fight Songs album. If you bought Fight Songs on Steam, you don't have to do anything, because the songs have automatically been added to your account.

During our investigation we discovered that a small number of accounts acquired these hats and a smaller portion of those accounts acquired an exceedingly large number of them. Based on this, we've decided that if you currently own one of these Unusual hats, the first one added to your account will be made tradable. Any other Unusual you have received due to the bug will remain permanently trade locked. If you decide that you would rather not have these trade-locked hats on your account, you may instead elect a full refund on any number of them.
Update Aug 16: One unusual per account has been made tradable as described above. Affected users should visit the following support page for information about affected items and to submit refund requests if eligible:
Regarding the refund on phones that can't be unlocked, for which "you lose any remaining airtime on the device." I was thinking about replacing my LG Ultimate 2 (3G CDMA) with a 4G phone, transferring my number and minutes to it. Can I request the refund from Tracfone on the Ultimate 2, activate a new phone and transfer my account to it, and then return the Ultimate 2 (deactivated and with no airtime on it) and still get the refund (they quoted me $16)?
Update to Anonymous post from Sunday, 02/10/2019:I called 888-442-5102 from my place of business at 5:20 pm Central time in the USA. Recording said hold time was 2 to 3 minutes and it was. I talked to the rep, who took my first & last name, email address and contact number. She submitted the request for unlock code, got confirmation, and said I would be receiving the unlock code to my email address. She gave me a case number and by the time I hung up, I had received the email with the code. Start to finish 6 minutes.

They have added a new 60 day unlocking policy for phones activated on the Verizon network:"If the TracFone device was activated with new service on the Verizon network on or after November 23, 2021, then at least 60 days must have elapsed since the device was activated."
The 502 (Bad Gateway) status code indicates that the server, while acting as a gateway or proxy, received an invalid response from an inbound server it accessed while attempting to fulfill the request.
There are many different types of 500 status error codes (500, 501, 502, 503, 504, 508, 520, etc.) which all have slightly different meanings. These indicate that the request was accepted, but the server prevented the fulfillment of the request.
Access to the MLB Network live stream is only available through the participating pay TV providers shown on the authentication page. I got the same message. And it was because I have managed to get the same Change-Id for two commits. Maybe due to some cherry-picking or similar between my local branches. Solved by removing the Change-Id from the commit message, a new Id then was added by the commit hook.
The change 14823 closed message does not come from vanilla git. It indicates that whoever maintains that repository has an update or post-update hook that is evaluating your push and rejecting it due to local policy (I'm guessing you're adding additional commits to an issue that has already been marked as completed/closed). You'll need to find out what those policies are, and whether you need to somehow get the change re-opened so you can add commits to it, or if you need to create a new change request and (probably) rebase your work against it.
None of these cards were even able to hit A2 speeds in our tests. However SanDisk is calculating its IOPS (perhaps in super-short bursts, or with different IO request sizes?) it doesn't jibe with benchmarks.
Apparently, though, it will also need support added to macOS, Windows, Android OS, and everywhere else, too, because so far I've never seen an A2 card successfully meet any of the performance benchmarks touted in the spec on any kind of hardware. So my conclusion is still correct, until maybe someday in the future, when some magical new software / firmware support is added everywhere. Until then, you're paying for something you can't use. Save the money and buy A1 or non-Application Performance class rated cards.
It works like this: A magnetic loop antenna (copper coil) is used to create an oscillating magnetic field, which can create a current in one or more receiver antennas. If the appropriate capacitance is added so that the loops resonate at the same frequency, the amount of induced current in the receivers increases. This is resonant inductive charging or magnetic resonance; it enables power transmission at greater distances between transmitter and receiver and increases efficiency. Coil size also affects the distance of power transfer. The bigger the coil, or the more coils there are, the greater the distance a charge can travel.
